Former Senator and Presidential Candidate, Bob Dole

Bob Dole was injured during the war, which is why he keeps one hand in a pocket. I don't know if its paralyzed, but the injury apparently made the arm disabled, and he has said that keeping the hand in the pocket is the best way to deal with the damaged arm.
