Catch 22.

I truly am of the view that the the situation depicted in this book is the real meaning of any war for the soldiers.They just are doing their duty but in the heart they are aware of the madness called the WAR.Catch 22 is actually what the soldiers experience at the front.What are your views?

I like to read about War Vets, especially about the time they spent at the front telling us what happened and how they reacted when faced with the enemy, how they reacted when the shelling started etc, as i have often wondered how would i have reacted in the same position as these Vets, well i honestly don't know the answer but i would have hoped i would have handled it the same way that the Vets did who i read about.

The actual meaning of such books is really very hard to understand by a commom man, but its very interesting to hear their true experiences on the front.
