Amazing WWI Book

Not only does this book have the highest reviews, it is written by the famous S.L.A. Marshall and David M. Kennedy and is called World War I.

It goes into incredible deep detail and let's you have a much better understanding of everything that was happening!

It generally sells for around $15.99 and worth every penny!

I'm assuming that may be on Amazon?

World War I, in many ways, took a backseat to World War II. I suppose that's natural, in view of the fact that the second one wasn't all that far back in history. Still, I would think a book like this would be very useful to a lot of people who haven't paid much attention to World War I.

I'm just starting to dig into the history of WW I a bit myself. Being Canadian, there were battles of specific interest to me, like Vimy Ridge.

I mentioned a DVD about that from the National Film Board in another post, which is quite good.

I have yet to read a book about WW I, so thanks for the recommendation.

I've always naturally been drawn more to learning about WWII but am definitely open to reading more about the First World War so would check this out for sure. Thanks for the recommendation I'm going to take a look at it next time I'm at the bookstore.
