i wanted to show you awesome picture of a Republic P-47M Thunderbolt aircraft. just by looking at it, you can tell it is meant to be super fast!

Called "The Jug" by American Pilots I do believe. Probably the fastest diving Allied fighter by far. Good all round performance and like the Hawker Typhoon found it's best role in Ground Attack.
